3-Year MakerCare Preferred Protection Plan from MakerBot provides three years of coverage for your Replicator Z18 3D Printer, with a 1-business day response time and coverage for unlimited qualifying incidents. If this warranty is not purchased, then your Replicator Z18 will be covered by MakerBot's limited six-month warranty. However, if you do opt to add these three years of protection, it will need to be bought within 60 days of the purchase date of your Replicator Z18 and is valid for three years from the purchase date of your Replicator Z18. Please be aware that the maximum amount of coverage that can be purchased is three years. This warranty cannot be extended any further.

- Customers can select a MakerCare Preferred coverage period of one (1), two (2), or three (3) years (“Coverage Period”) from the delivery date or retail store purchase date.
- 1 Business Day response time, same-day response available if you contact MakerBot by 4 PM EST.
- Coverage on unlimited qualifying incidents per coverage year.
- Two qualifying incidents can be related to the MakerBot Smart Extruder+ per year, where applicable.
- Reach a support expert by phone, live chat, or email five days a week• For qualifying issues, MakerBot Support will cover the replacement of defective parts, or parts damaged as a result of wear, tear, and accidents throughout the duration of your plan.
- MakerBot covers the cost of shipping products to and from MakerBot for repairs.

We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online. If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us within six months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference.

We try to keep returns and exchanges as simple as possible. As long as they meet our criteria, it should be no problem at all to return or exchange them.
- Returns must be in brand new condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original delivery date.
- Please do not send beck any item before contacting first our friendly customer service.
Once your return has been received, we’ll send an email to notify you that we’ve got your return, We will get back to you confirming the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days of receiving the returned item - please note returns can take some time to reach us. If your refund has been approved, this will then be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5 working days. If you have requested an exchange, please allow 7-10 days for this to be processed and your exchanged item(s) to be sent out to you.
