Shipping
No, we ship to all over united states, and the best part is it's entirely FREE for most products (except for parts).
We try to ship the fastest way possible; however, it may take from 4 to 12 business days to receive your goods. For some items, it may take even longer due to their size and weight. For items in pre-order, we cannot give any ETA, and it may take as long as it takes for us to restock
We really use all big ones including UPS FEDEX DHL and USPS. it depends on the cost effectiveness in each area. As some of our items are vary heavy, we may consider shipping it with alternative methods, including even with a ship when possible
We will send out an email to confirm that your order has been shipped, and we will provide a tracking number for you to know when your order is out for delivery. If you want to use your order number to track your order you could track your order here
No. it is not required to sign up for an account to checkout, however it is recommended to do so in order to get easier access to orders and other website services.
If you have never received your order just drop us a message via email text or through chat on our website and we will refund you the money or send you the order once again.
Returns & Refunds
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

The cost of shipping back the item is in general on the customer; however, if we see that it was wrong or a defective item, we will cover the cost of shipping the item back to us. In any case, we would provide a shipping label upon request via email with the return address so you could benefit from our business shipping rates
Once your return has been received, we’ll send an email to notify you that we’ve got your return, We will get back to you confirming the approval or rejection of your refund within 5 business days of receiving the returned item - please note returns can take some time to reach us. If your refund has been approved, this will then be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5 working days. If you have requested an exchange, please allow 7-10 days for this to be processed and your exchanged item(s) to be sent out to you.
Returns must be in brand new condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original delivery date. Please do not send back any item before contacting first our friendly customer service.
